Konnichiwa! I’m Akira Sugiura, a seasoned Project Manager with over 8 years in HR Management, currently specializing as a Business Anthropology expert. My experience in Japan has finely tuned my skills to seamlessly integrate cultural nuances into effective project management.

Having led projects in Tokyo, I honed my project management prowess while deepening my understanding of the intricate interplay between technology, service content, and marketing. As Chief HR Admin in Nagoya, I orchestrated full-cycle recruiting, administered daily operations, and fine-tuned strategies to align with the unique needs of the Japanese workforce.
