4 Purpose of processing personal data
The controller is committed to data protection and the protection of people’s privacy.
The basis for processing personal data is the customer relationship between the Data
Controller and the registered employer, the legitimate interest of the Data Controller
(marketing) or the consent given by the data subject. Data of contacts of existing and
potential future customer companies are stored in the registrar’s customer and marketing
register. Personal data contained in the Customer and Marketing Register may be
processed for the following purposes: marketing, communication and sales management,
development, targeting and monitoring. Customer relationship management and customer
service. Customer relationship analysis, grouping, reporting and other purposes related to
customer relationship and business development. Collection and processing of customer
feedback. Implementation of market surveys and opinion polls.

5 Data content of the registry
Data relating to the data subject may be stored such as: the contact person’s name,
position, address, telephone number, email address and other necessary contact details,
desired contact formats and mailing lists, information related to the provision, purchase,
use and development of services, as well as marketing and sales. Other information
relevant to the management and development of the customer relationship.

6 Regular sources of information
Information is primarily obtained from the following sources of information: the company
or the contact person, stakeholders, external service providers such as
directory service companies and public records, and other appropriate sources.

7 Retention period of personal data
In the case of customer data, we retain personal data in the customer register until the
customer relationship can be considered terminated or the data subject has denied the
retention of the data.

8 Regular disclosures of data
The information will not be disclosed to third parties otherwise subject to separate consent
and/or explicit legal acts.

9 Transfer of data outside the EU or the European Economic Area
Data in the register will not be transferred outside the European Union or the European
Economic Area except within the limits of data protection legislation.

10 Rights of the Data Subject
The data subject has the right in accordance with the legislation:

  • Request access from the controller to personal data concerning him/her
  • Requests the rectification or deletion of such data or restriction of processing
  • The data subject also has the right to object to the processing and transfer the data
    from one system to another
  • Withdraws consent to data retention
  • In addition, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory
    authority about the defects he/she has identified
